To take the nccessary steps, subject to the agreements concluded bctween the Secretary- General of the United Nations and the Secretary- General of the League of Nations, to effect the following transfers to the W orld Health Organization:

( b) Title of ownership of the stock of pt1b]ic;.1- tions of the League of Nations Health Section, provided the W oriel Health Organization shall reimburse to the United Nations the value of such publications as may be established by ncgotiatiull between the Secretary-General of the United ! Nations and the Director-Gencral of the \\'orld Health Organization;
