Reaffirms the requests contained in paragraph 1 of General Assembly resolution 1027 (XI) of 20 February 1957, which urges the Governments of Member ?tates _to cont~nue their ~fforts to reduce existing barriers to mternational trade ma mutually satisfactory manner for the purpose of expanding such trade at the fastest feasible rate;
