In diseharging its d11tie, the lnterim Committee shall at all times take into account the responsibilities of the Security Council under the Charter for the maintenance of international peace and security as well as the duties assigned by the Charter or bv the General Assembly or bv the Securitv Council to othcr Councils or to anv committec ~r commission.
