Decides that the working group shall hold its fourth session for five working days with the objective of finalizing the declaration;

Requests the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to provide the working group with the assistance necessary for it to fulfil its mandate;

Invites States, civil society and all relevant stakeholders to contribute actively and constructively to the work of the working group;

Requests the working group to prepare a report and to submit it to the Human Rights Council, to be made available in all official languages of the United Nations, for consideration at its thirty-third session.
