Takes note with appreciation of the draft plan of action for the third phase (2015–2019) of the World Programme for Human Rights Education, prepared by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in consultation with States, relevant intergovernmental organizations, national human rights institutions and civil society;
