At its 63rd plenary meeting, 4 September 2020, the General Assembly, by a recorded vote of 121 to 13, with 32 abstentions,104 decided to include the item entitled “The responsibility to protect and the prevention of genocide, war crimes, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity” in the draft agenda of its seventy-fifth session.
