At its 70th plenary meeting, on 11 March 2019, the General Assembly, on the proposal of its President,40
recalling its resolution 71/318 of 28 August 2017, and taking note of the note by the Secretariat,41 decided to accredit the organizations identified in the note and invite them to participate as intergovernmental organizations in the work of the second High-level United Nations Conference on South-South Cooperation, with observer status, in accordance with paragraph 8 of resolution 71/318.
