At its 60th plenary meeting, on 8 December 2010, the General Assembly, on the recommendation of the First Committee,34 decided to include in the provisional agenda of its sixty-seventh session the item entitled “Maintenance of international security – goodneighbourliness, stability and development in South-Eastern Europe”.
