At its 121st plenary meeting, on 11 September 2008, the General Assembly, on the proposal of Indonesia,16 recalling paragraph 2 of its resolution 62/29 of 5 December 2007, and noting that the Open-ended Working Group to consider the objectives and agenda, including the possible establishment of the preparatory committee, for the fourth special session of the General Assembly devoted to disarmament did not convene its organizational and substantive sessions during the sixty-second session of the Assembly in 2008, decided to continue work on convening those sessions of the Working Group as soon as possible.
