At its 52nd plenary meeting, on 15 November 2007, the General Assembly, on the recommendation of the Fifth Committee,11 appointed Mr. Agustín Gordillo and reappointed Mr. Dayendra Sena Wijewardane as members of the United Nations Administrative Tribunal for a four-year term of office beginning on 1 January 2008.

As a result, the United Nations Administrative Tribunal is composed as follows: Mr. Spyridon FLOGAITIS (Greece),* Mr. GOH Joon Seng (Singapore),* Mr. Agustín GORDILLO (Argentina),*** Mr. Bob HEPPLE (United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland),** Ms. Jacqueline R.
